SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
Every Primal Replicas product is individually produced and hand-finished in Perth, Western Australia.
Our products are educational replicas intended for display, research and educational purposes. They are not represented as genuine fossils, archaeological specimens or biological remains.
We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photographs and descriptions. Due to individual screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, finish and appearance may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each replica.
We reserve the right to improve, modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Orders are accepted once payment has been received and confirmed.
As many of our products are individually made to order, production may begin shortly after your order is placed. Orders may generally only be cancelled before production has commenced.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraudulent activity, pricing errors or other exceptional circumstances are identified.
SECTION 4 – PRICING
All prices displayed on our website include standard worldwide shipping unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include customs duties, VAT, import taxes or brokerage fees that may be charged by your country's customs authorities.
These charges remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates only.
Although we carefully package every order, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as shipping carriers and customs authorities operate independently.
Risk of loss transfers once the parcel has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Customers should inspect their order upon arrival and report any shipping damage within 7 days together with photographs of:
- the damaged item
- the external packaging
- the internal packaging
This allows us to process insurance claims and resolve issues quickly.

All product photographs, website content, graphics, logos, product descriptions and branding remain the intellectual property of Primal Replicas unless otherwise stated.
