Primal Replicas is a small, independent business, and all enquiries are handled personally from our workshop in Perth, Western Australia.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order has arrived damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of:

- The damaged area
- The internal and external packaging
- The shipping label
Please retain the product and all original packaging until we have reviewed the issue.

Custom Projects and Commissions
We welcome enquiries for custom replicas, modified models, exhibition pieces, educational displays and specialist projects.
When contacting us about a custom project, please provide as much information as possible, including:
- The type of replica or display required
- Preferred size or scale
- Quantity
- Intended use
- Required completion date
- Reference photographs or files, where available
- Your approximate budget

Product Measurements and Additional Information
Many product listings include approximate dimensions and photographs.
If you require exact measurements for a display cabinet, educational program, exhibition or collection, please contact us before ordering.
Because our products are handmade, minor variations may occur between individual pieces.
Response Times
We generally respond to enquiries within one to two business days, Monday to Friday.
During busy production periods, responses may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will reply as soon as possible.
