Return & Refund Policy

At Primal Replicas, every item is individually made to order and hand-finished before dispatch. We take great pride in producing museum-quality replicas and carefully inspect every item before it leaves our workshop.

Change of Mind

As each item is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please read the product description carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, we're always happy to help.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production has commenced.

Once production has begun, cancellation requests may not be possible as materials and labour have already been invested in your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, is defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@primalreplicas.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the external packaging
  • Photos of the internal packaging and protective materials

This information is required for shipping insurance claims.

Where appropriate, we will repair, replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

Returns

If a return is authorised, the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

Returns must not be sent without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by their country's customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price unless specifically stated.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
