FREE Worldwide Shipping

At Primal Replicas, all prices include FREE tracked worldwide shipping. There are no additional shipping charges added at checkout for standard delivery.


Processing Time

Every replica is individually made to order and hand-finished in our Perth, Western Australia workshop.

Orders are typically dispatched within the processing time shown on the product page. During busy periods, processing times may vary slightly, but we always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Australia

  • Approximately 2–8 business days

International

  • Approximately 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.


Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking wherever available.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.


Packaging

Every replica is carefully packaged using protective materials specifically selected for fragile museum-quality replicas.

Our goal is for every item to arrive safely, regardless of where in the world it is being shipped.


Damaged Parcels

Although damage is uncommon, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your package has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the internal packaging and protective materials

This information is required for shipping insurance claims and allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes or brokerage fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

As customs regulations vary between countries, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure whether charges may apply.


Delivery Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

While we will always assist in tracking and resolving delayed shipments, we cannot guarantee delivery times once a parcel has entered the postal network.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Primal Replicas cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
